Welcome

Most Importantly: I am not here to judge.  Doing this is about supporting parents and caregivers by drawing upon each individuals strengths.

At HEIRS autism I believe in a whole home support system. Parents can easily become natural environment Intervention Specialists.  The home can become more of an oasis.  There is always room for improvement to make more quality interactions for children with Autism.

My mission is to help parents achieve lower stress levels, cope with behaviors, and become skilled data collectors, with the ability to remediate targeted/specific child issues through self-designed and implemented Interventions.

My services don't end at the front door either.  Community engagement is usually the least attended issue for our kids on the spectrum.  BUT This is one of the most important areas that needs immediate attention.  There are things to consider like:

  • group lessons for sports

  • group activities for social skills building

  • shopping

  • attending large community based functions

  • as well as the extra services:

    • Speech Therapy

    • Occupational Therapy

    • School stuff - IEP's, ETR's and Parent Teacher Conferences.

Based on my Personal, Educational and Professional experiences, I have the ability to support Parents and Caregivers in their experiences as well.

Our Offerings

In-Home & Community Based Parent/Caregiver education and Support Services designed to support families and children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Our Mission

To make the home & the community more of an oasis for all asd individuals and family members.
